Togarashi is an age old Japanese spice blend full of beautiful fragrant citrus notes and a strong earthy hit of umami. We add our naturally fermented chillies to the the blend to provide that hit of heat which when sprinkled over noodles, grilled meat or seafood takes the flavour to all new heights.

Have bought other togarashis and have not finished them. This one is different. Great in an omelette, with rice and over Avocado! Great taste!

Amazing flavoured spice.

What an incredible collation of flavours with a little kick of 'heat'.
Superb on any type of noodles...have not tried it on other foods as yet.
As the Japanese say: SUBARASHII ( superb, wonderful).

Absolutely delicious

.... and perfect with eggs. Other dishes too, but for me it brings an omelette to life. So much more interesting than salt and pepper. If you're trying to avoid salt this could be a good choice as it adds such interesting flavours that the salt isn't missed.

TAKE ALL MY MONEY 🤑

This stuff is new, next level (for me anyway).
I'm not referring to heat (I've got a bottle of Da Bomb I tried once). I'm referring to flavour and design. Trust the Japanese to do it perfectly.
Just like a perfectly designed and built Subaru WRX this little jar is insanely good at delivering a perfect amount of flavours.
