Once upon a time, I was someone with a vivid imagination of the future. What would it bring? How would it change me? What trials would I endure? However, all I think of now is this Crunchy Chilli Oil. When is my next fix and why is enough - never enough. I am ruined.
i tried at the royal easter show last year and was blown away. not too hot, but sooo full of flavour.
i have gone through 5 jars in a year.

This chilli jam is the best! It goes with everything! It’s the right amount of chilli hit and soooo yummy! Even the kids love it! A jar doesn’t last long in our house!
